Refund and Returns Policy

At Gnabble, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We do, however, offer refunds under specific circumstances as outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

You may apply for a refund if:

  • Your product arrived damaged or broken. (Shipping Refund)
  • Your product broke within the time period of 30 days. (Usage Refund)

Refund requests must meet the following criteria:

  1. Proof of Damage: You must provide clear evidence that the product was damaged or broken upon arrival. Accepted forms of proof include:
    • High-resolution photos of the damaged product, showing the issue clearly.
    • Photos of the packaging, including any visible damage to the shipping box or protective materials.
    • A written description of the damage.
    • (Optional) A short video demonstrating the issue, if applicable (e.g., non-functioning gadgets).
  2. Timely Submission: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the product being purchased. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Apply for a Refund

If your product arrived damaged or broken (Shipping Refund), please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to contact@gnabble.store with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Order Number]”.
  2. Include the following in your email:
    • Your full name and order number.
    • A description of the damage.
    • The required proof (photos, videos, etc.).
  3. Once we receive and review your request, we will respond within 5 business days to confirm the outcome.

If your product got damaged or broken within 30 days of purchase* (Usage Refund), please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to contact@gnabble.store with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Order Number]”.
  2. Include the following in your email:
    • Your full name and order number.
    • A description of the damage.
    • The required proof (photos, videos, etc.).
  3. Once we receive and review your request, we will respond within 5 business days to confirm the outcome.

*IMPORTANT: Please note that you can only apply for 3 usage refunds every 6 months. This is to ensure that most refunds are legitimate. If you have applied for more usage refunds, you can still make a request, but there is less chance it may be accepted.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer returns, so please be 100% sure you want to purchase the product before you do.
  • Please note that you can only apply for 3 usage refunds every 6 months. This is to ensure that most refunds are legitimate. If you have applied for more usage refunds, you can still make a request, but there is less chance it may be accepted.
  • Refunds are only applicable for products that arrive damaged or broken.
  • Gnabble is not responsible for damages caused by improper use, accidents, or modifications made after delivery.
  • We recommend retaining the product and packaging until your refund request has been reviewed and processed.
